The 13-Foot
Purple Sofa

Not your typical bland summer rental. Villa Polychrome is a one-story East Hampton cottage filled with vintage goods, original art, and decades of considered taste.

The great room anchors it all — a 13-foot purple sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, walls hung with paintings collected from travels near and far. Colorful pendant lights hang from exposed beams. A 100-inch projector screen drops down for movie nights. Sonos fills every room.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The bar is set up and waiting. The vibe is relaxed, layered, and unmistakably personal.

"We wanted to create an escape from the city that transported us into calm. We're minutes from East Hampton and the beaches — and we love our beautiful private escape."

The Hamptons
in Your Backyard

A collection of vintage fishing buoys lines the exterior of the house — each one found, sun-faded, and full of character. It's the kind of detail you can't buy. You just have to find it.

The cedar shingles, the colorful buoys, the cutting garden spilling over the fence. From the street, you already know this place is different.

The Outdoor
Shower

Rinse off after the pool under open sky. Warm water, cedar fence, the smell of summer. Hidden right next to the buoy wall — it's the kind of luxury that feels completely natural.

Once you've had an outdoor shower, you'll never want to go back inside.

The Grounds

One Acre
of Wonder

Step outside and the property unfolds around you. A cutting garden where you can pick flowers for the dinner table. Hydrangeas in every shade of blue and pink. Outdoor speakers playing whatever the afternoon calls for.

Four bikes parked and ready for a ride to the village. The whole property sits on a private cul-de-sac — completely secluded, yet eight minutes from the ocean.

Ideally located. Impossibly peaceful.

The Jungle
Lounge

The green rattan sofa. The tropical rug. The vaulted ceiling with a palm-blade fan spinning overhead. Plants everywhere. Books stacked on the coffee table. A bar in the corner.

A great place to unwind or play a board game. The kids will claim it during the day. The adults will take it back after dark.

The outdoor dining table seats eight under the open sky. Fire up the gas grill. Set the mood. Let the evening take its time.
